Anand is currently working as AVP, Product Engineering at Sprinklr and he is responsible for ensuring execution & success for strategic initiatives for Office of the CTO. It involves activities related to product management, quality assurance, release management, customer support and ensuring collaboration with all cross functional teams to achieve results. Anand and his team are the go-to-resource for managing all product escalations in the organisation. Anand has more than 13 years of experience in working on various advisory and implementation projects. Before Sprinklr, he has worked earlier in Banking and Capital Market, Consumer Healthcare and Manufacturing domains. He has worked as a Business Analyst for Finance & Operations role. He is involved in Business Diagnostic Study, Market Research, Reporting & Analysis, Business Planning & Budgeting, IFRS implementations. He has served prestigious clients across India, Singapore and USA. Anand holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IIT Kharagpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication technology from DA-IICT, Gandhinagar. He is a certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS USA since 2012. He is also a certified Project Management Professional(PMP) since 2013.
