Starbucks taught me early on the importance of culture and coffee and how your business cannot survive long without either. Ever since then I have become an evangelist for People Culture and Brands wherever I go. I have personally participated in over 50 half marathons sprint triathlons Ragnar races and one full marathon. I love coaching people to achieve their dream of finishing their first race. Nothing is sweeter than training alongside someone for months and then crossing the finish line with them The search and recruitment process can definitely feel like a marathon at times. I am also passionate and experienced at building cultures employee branding implementing applicant tracking systems launching successful employee surveys and building teams that last. It can be a long process but well cross the finish line together.
