As a software engineer in the information technology I started my career in IT in 2014 after graduating with high distinction. Since then I had the chance to work on fascinating and concrete projects where I could gather a lot of knowledge and improve my skills both in development and in analysis. I was given a lot of responsibilities and I had to take important decisions both on development marketing and commercial level. I had the opportunity to lead some team project through all their life cycle even in big companies. During these years of work I learnt How to deliver a clean well-documented and most of all a maintainable code How to be productive and stay focus in a stressful environment and to take responsibilities To be comfortable in team development while being able to work alone How to deliver a code that does what it is supposed to in the optimal way and not a lot more unnecessary things without doing what is supposed to do correctly How to accurately estimate the amount of time required to develop an IT solution Above all I learnt how to think big picture to think global act local to take all information and requirements into account when resolving a problem preventing a lot of unnecessary further issues.
