The best part about training and education is the art of presenting. I find utter joy in taking a presentation and figuring out ways to deliver it in a captivating way. Nothing makes me smile more in my career than helping a client realize the value in the product I have trained them on. Getting a user to their Aha moment is something I work towards each and every day Finding joy in the smallest moments in both my professional and personal life is something I always strive for.
