SalesAgility is a business that provides open source software, SaaS products, and consultancy services. According to CEO Greg Soper, more than 95% of the company’s revenue comes from professional services at this point in time.
On the SaaS side, the company charges between $10 and $15 per seat each month and has grown to serve 100 total enterprises. Overall, the company is doing $5M in total annual revenue, with roughly $250k in ARR coming from their SaaS product.
Should SalesAgility go all-in on SaaS?
When explaining the company’s strategic focus going forward, Soper noted their intent to continue to spread their focus across both their SaaS product and agency. SalesAgility sees tremendous value in their professional services and believes working directly with customers gives them the feedback they need to create the best CRM and SaaS products they can.
