How Airim Ditched Professional Services to Double Down on SaaS

Airim is a pure-play SaaS business that charges its customers on an annual subscription basis. Pricing varies based on the size of the enterprise they are serving, but the average customer pays them around $200 each month today.
According to CEO Sujoy Chaudhary, the company now serves 42 total enterprises and is doing around $10k in MRR today. The company is up from $5k in monthly recurring SaaS revenue 12 months ago and has doubled year over year.
Chaudhary detailed how the company was doing $30k in monthly revenue one year ago with a sizable portion coming from professional services. Today, Airim has stopped their agency work and is now all-in on their SaaS product.
What is Airim’s churn?
To date, Airim has churned only two total customers. The business is exhibiting 5% gross logo churn annually and is confident that they’ve built a sticky product.
In terms of customer acquisition, the business has leaned on outbound sales through LinkedIn thus far, but has been focusing on driving more inbound acquisition going forward with content marketing and trade show presence. Overall, they pay between $100 and $1k to land a new customer, dependent on deal size.

How much has Airim raised?
Airim has grown to scale as a solely bootstrapped entity. The company is currently cash flow positive and has no intentions of raising additional capital at this point in time.
