How much is Replyify doing in MRR?

Replyify is a pure-play SaaS business that charges its customers on a monthly subscription basis. While the company operates on a freemium model, pricing ranges from $1 up to $129 monthly. At this point in time, their average customer generates around $25 in monthly revenue.

With 10k users and 2k paying customers, Replyify is currently doing around $50k in MRR, according to CEO Ryan O’Donnell. Launched two years ago, the business has grown significantly from just $500 in monthly revenue back in July of 2017.

What is Replyify’s churn?

Replyify is exhibiting gross revenue churn of around 7.5% annually right now. O’Donnell explained that, through their agency partnerships, the business has been able to generate expansion revenue and has hit 103% net revenue retention.

As a small team of just two co-founders, Replyify has yet to codify their customer acquisition cost and channels. O’Donnell explained that the company uses their own product to drive growth through cold outreach to decision makers and media outlets.

How much has Replyify raised?

Replyify is an entirely bootstrapped entity. O’Donnell adamantly described his affinity for the lifestyle the current business affords him and has built the company around his family life.

Going forward, Replyify has no intentions to raise capital, but is interested in new ways to grow the business in 2019 and beyond.
