Visible is a pure-play SaaS business that charges its customers on a subscription basis dependent on number of features and integrations. Pricing begins at $99 per month with the average customer paying around $150 per month right now.

With 600 total paying customers, Visible is now doing approximately $90k in MRR, CEO Mike Preuss shared. The company has more than doubled revenue year over year and is up from $360k in MRR twelve months ago.

What is Visible’s churn?

Visible has done an incredible job of building stickiness within their product. On both a gross revenue and logo basis, the company is currently exhibiting less than 2.5% churn annually at this point in time. Preuss credits this strong retention with the company’s ability to be hands on with their customers in the early stages of activation.

In terms of customer acquisition, a majority of the business’ growth has come from organic channels thus far. Going forward, their team is experiment with paid acquisition channels and is aiming for payback within 12 months.

How much has Visible raised?

Launched in 2014, Visible has grown to scale with just $1.1M in outside capital raised. The company has also used SaaS recurring revenue loans from Lighter Capital to finance and grow the business.

Visible’s team of five full-time employees is based in Chicago and other remote locations.
