Daisy is a pure-play SaaS business that lands enterprises on annual contracts, paid monthly. On average, customers pay them between $250k and $500k annually, at this point in time.
According to CEO Gary Saarenvirta, the business now serves 17 total customers and is doing around $4M in ARR. The company doubled revenue year over year and is on track to double again in the next 12 months.
What is Daisy Intelligence’s churn?
Churn has been a concern of Daisy thus far as their solution has people and change implications on certain businesses. Their technology has the ability to replace certain roles within their client’s operations and has been met with resistance in some instances. Overall, the company is exhibiting 110% net revenue retention annually.
Playing in the enterprise space, Daisy places a high-touch on all sales activities. Saarenvirta explained that the company likes to receive payback with around 4 months and is spending around $80k in CAC right now.

How much has Daisy raised?
Launched in 2003 after Saarenvirta left IBM, Daisy Intelligence has raised $4.5M in total outside capital and has leaned heavily on venture debt in the last few years. At this point in time, the company is looking to raise $10M from a strategic partner at a pre-money valuation of around $40M.
