Norbert Rotter

Norbert Rotter studied Business Administration at the University of Paderborn and at the University of Limerick, Ireland. In 1995, he began his extensive career at the global audit firm KPMG, where he was responsible for audit and advisory services for SMEs and international corporations. Norbert Rotter is a qualified tax advisor and a certified German auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer). In 2000, Norbert Rotter took up a position at the German Practice at KPMG in New York, advising German subsidiaries on the U.S. market. He qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the U.S. market in 2004 and was nominated to become Partner at KPMG in 2007. Norbert Rotter has been a member of the Management Board of itelligence AG since January 1, 2008. As CFO, he was also in charge of the M&A division. Since then, itelligence AG has acquired 30 companies that have been successfully integrated into the Group. On July 1, 2016, Norbert Rotter was appointed CEO of itelligence AG. Celebrating its 30-year anniversary in 2019, itelligence AG is a globally leading SAP Partner with more than 1 billion Euros revenue, subsidiaries in 28 countries and 10,000 employees.
