Chief Economist at Flexport. Former Senior Economist for Trade for President George W. Bushs Council of Economic Advisers and member of Secretary of State Condoleeza Rices Policy Planning Staff. Research focus includes the political economy of trade agreements and U.S. economic relations with China. Testimony before Congressional committees, including House Ways & Means and the Joint Economic Committee. Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University.
