Jeff Handy is president and CEO of Fulcrum IT Services, where he manages overall company performance, profitability and growth in the technical services area. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Handy served as president of Government Micro Resources Inc., where GMRI credits him with transitioning that company from being a reseller of commercial products to an IT engineering firm that delivers technical services to government clients. He also served on the company’s board of directors. Before GMRI, he served as a vice president and director of business development at BTG Inc., focusing on defense and intelligence systems.
