Bujo provides expert sales consultation on e-commerce stores. People need expert help while buying complex products such as refrigerator, projector, mattress, snowboard, bike, jewelry. We provide that expert shopping consultation, thereby helping customers make a purchase decision which results in increase in sales and reduction in returns. We started with humans offering live consultation over video calls. We used that data to train an AI sales agent for e-commerce, which can either do full end-to-end conversation with shoppers or act as a copilot alongside a store’s existing call center staff.
