Multi-Inspector Some jobs require a team of inspectors. With InspectCheck, an inspection can be assigned to multiple users and the results recorded by all users are combined for reporting. Work Offline Performing a property inspection can often take you to places with limited or no internet connectivity. Once an inspection has been loaded to your device, InspectCheck allows inspections to be completed offline and uploaded whenever is available. Pre-REAC inspections InspectCheck supports the UPCS standard and scoring used in HUD REAC inspections which allows InspectCheck users to conduct in-house inspections before upcoming HUD inspections and prioritize repairs that will result in the highest HUD REAC inspection score.
