ProjStream provides innovative software solutions for creating data-driven cost estimates and managing project cost data for government contractors. Our mission is to help our clients create and maintain quality data easier and faster. Our integrated tools, BOEMax and EVMax or MaxTeam, provide an end-to-end solution for proposal and project cost management. With our tools, you can produce and manage time phased cost data for the entire project lifecycle with built-in functions such as schedule integration, hierarchical bills of material, rich text documentation, workflow, and robust ad-hoc reporting. You can also produce corporate wide data views to proactively manage resource demands for pending new contracts and existing projects. ProjStream’s tools are designed to help you maintain data traceability starting with basis of estimate (BOE) rationale and documented source data to produce standard cost volume reports in BOEMax. This data-driven BOE makes it easy for customers to verify your rationale. At contract award, you can use the BOE data to quickly establish the project’s budget baseline in EVMax or MaxTeam. Easily measure progress, import actual costs, and maintain estimate to complete data to forecast the cost at completion. Workflow functions automatically maintain a historical archive of budget changes throughout the execution phase – a complete set of data-backed documentation for approved budget changes and work authorizations. It comes full circle as work is completed – simply update the historical actual cost process library in BOEMax for use in the next proposal.
