How Retail Twin Labs grew Retail Twin Labs to $220K revenue with a 2 person team in 2025.
During decades in the industry, I learnt that success is absolutely dependent on the supply chain's ability to execute. Long lead-times, high minimum order requirements, infrequent deliveries and conflicting metrics regularly create shortages and overstocks. At the same time, more ordering Apps are entering the market, many promising the mythical accurate forecast, without addressing operational excellence. This is why I decided to leverage my knowledge and expertise of TOC, supply chains and retail to help build responsive supply chains with a new partnership offer. At Retail Twin Labs, I use practical simulations to help you find out if you can generate more cash by selling more or buying less, and offer to engage in a partnership when I find significant potential. My partnership offer includes: 1. Feasibility study: To ensure that the simulation results are practical to implement. The study identifies implementation obstacles like conflicts in measurements or vendor contracts, highlighting necessary changes. Because knowing what can change, and how long that will take, is just as crucial as knowing what should change to improve. 2. Simulation capability: To compare different scenarios, like delivery frequencies or lead times. This helps you see the effects of changes before implementing them. Simulate one change in one store for one item, or create a full digital twin of your end-to-end supply chain. 3. Automation: implement Goldratt’s Dynamic Buffer Management logic or let me help you select the right software for your organisation. 4. Team Empowerment: I commit to helping your team master the approach and the tools through direct engagement and a complete Train-the-Trainer program with continuous online support. When this sounds interesting, please contact me via [email protected]. I or somebody in my team will reach out to you. Let’s make your business better, together.
