Composure.ai built a multi-cloud operating system which enables unrealized capabilities in cloud computing. It does this by (i) providing a simple, intuitively appealing way to express cloud applications with search capability, (ii) adopting an extensible software architecture that seamlessly integrates provisioning, discovery and monitoring, (iii) providing a best-in-class, easily extensible scheduler, which simultaneously optimizes resource-allocation, and provides other properties, such as resiliency, for the cloud application, (iv) addressing other essential aspects of a cloud application such as autoscaling, load-balancing, and connectivity, and (v) adopting a cloud-agnostic, graph-based knowledge-representation that then allows for simultaneous, dynamic support for multiple public cloud, and hybrid public-private clouds. “Composable” refers to naturally perceiving a cloud application as being composed of services, each of which, in turn, may be a service, or a composition. One can specify applications composed from a large number of services through a concise service specification. A search capability is provided, so one can search for services and resources in the underlying cloud. One can deploy, discover and monitor services on various clouds, including AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, KVM, bare metal as well as hybrid/multi-cloud environments. In contrast to other cloud operating systems, Composure's N-Dimensional scheduler optimizes micro-services for efficiency, performance and security criteria both at deployment and during the lifetime of the service. Developers can specify applications composed from a large number of services through a concise service specification, and a uniform way to deploy them to multi-clouds.
