One of the earliest tenant management company in Klang Valley during those days with total portfolio size of more than RM 20mil. Exited the business and cash out the properties between 2014-2016. August 2016 - Co-founded RentGuard Sdn Bhd, a proptech startup to digitize property operation. November 2016 - Awarded MSC status with 5+5 years 0% tax incentive. Activated 2018. March 2017 - Selected for Stanford Go2Market, MAGIC program for idea stage startups. April 2017 - Received angel investment of total RM1mil from a few KLSE listed companies founders or managing directors. November 2018 - Selected for Asean Data Startup Accelerator (ADSA), MDEC program for big data companies. April 2019 - Selected for Selangor Accelerator Program (SAP), SITEC accelerator program for startups. April 2020 - Selected for Coach & Growth Program (CGP05), Cradle funded program for growth stage startups. 28th April 2020 - Completed Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) through PitchIN, with exceeding maximum target fund. It represent 93% paper gain to angel investors over three years. Post covid-19, RentGuard focuses to empower Rental Operators and Property Agencies with technology.
