August 2016 - Co-founded RentGuard Sdn Bhd, a proptech startup to digitize property operation. November 2016 - Awarded MSC status with 5+5 years 0% tax incentive. Activated 2018. March 2017 - Selected for Stanford Go2Market, MAGIC program for idea stage startups. April 2017 - Received angel investment of total RM1mil from a few KLSE listed companies founders or managing directors. November 2018 - Selected for Asean Data Startup Accelerator (ADSA), MDEC program for big data companies. April 2019 - Selected for Selangor Accelerator Program (SAP), SITEC accelerator program for startups. April 2020 - Selected for Coach & Growth Program (CGP05), Cradle funded program for growth stage startups. 28th April 2020 - Completed Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) through PitchIN, with exceeding maximum target fund. It represent 93% paper gain to angel investors over three years. Post covid-19, RentGuard focuses to empower Rental Operators and Property Agencies with technology.
