One of the earliest tenant management company in Klang Valley during those days with total portfolio size of more than RM 20mil. Exited the business and cash out the properties between 2014-2016. August 2016 - Co-founded RentGuard Sdn Bhd, a proptech startup to digitize property operation. November 2016 - Awarded MSC status with 5+5 years 0% tax incentive. Activated 2018. It represent 93% paper gain to angel investors over three years. Post covid-19, RentGuard focuses to empower Rental Operators and Property Agencies with technology.
