Our Hospitality Intranet System (HIS) has been developed in collaboration with a number of hospitality specialists. We help directors and supervisors to get a better insight, overview and control of the operational work status through a flexible well secured digital system that is simple and effective to use for everyone who works with it. For small and larger hotels, saunas/wellness, restaurants, holiday resorts based on a low cost business model. With the aim of bringing more effectiveness, efficiency and better internal communication into the organization. For each hotel, we offer the following modules by choice: - Free dashboard - Housekeeping / cleaning - Technical Service - Preventive maintenance calendar - Checklists - Shift reports - Lost & found - Restaurant - Agreements - Manuals / Knowledge base - System management HIS is currently being used by various customers, for example by Van Der Valk Hotels in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. HIS can be used by various Hotels and Hostels and all departments within the company and consists of a modular setup with specific rights for every user. Based on customer wishes the modules can be specifically (de)activated and work in various languages on different devices (computers, tablets and mobile phones). In addition to hotels, HIS is also suitable for restaurants, holiday parcs, campsites, saunas and companies where hospitality is an important part of business operations.
