Tarique Al-Ansari, or T, is one of those elusive university dropout success stories. He moved to Canada with his family at the age of 19, where he studied software engineering at Western University in London, Ontario. In his third year at school, T called it quits to co-found the region's first online food court. Working through the restaurant delivery process drew his attention to the challenges small business owners face when accepting electronic payments, and thus Zomaron was born in 2009. Over a decade later the award-winning company evolved into Paystone.
