Christopher Clapp has served in executive leadership positions for technology organizations for much of his 30-year career. In September 2010, Christopher was named chief executive officer of Bluelock in recognition of his proven ability to take high-growth, emerging companies to the next level. As CEO, Christopher focuses on strategic visionand organizational architecture critical for a company’s long-term success. He is responsible for developing and leading the company’s long-term business strategy, establishing a national footprint and achieving growth and profitability goals. Prior to Bluelock, Christopher guided ANGEL Learning’s dynamic growth since assuming company leadership as president and chief executive officer in late 2001 until the sale of the business to Blackboard (NASDAQ: BBBB) in May 2009. Christopher is also the Managing Director of Great Blue Ventures, LLC where he is leveraging his operational experience by helping emerging growth technology entrepreneurs through strategic and operational decisions. He volunteers his time serving on the boards of several technology companies including PolicyStat (healthcare) and Delta Technologies. He participates in board and investment committee roles and also serves on the board of non-profit organizations including Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, TechPoint and Innovate Indiana Fund. Christopher is a graduate of Purdue University, with a degree in industrial engineering.
