En Opinat nos dedicamos a la implantación del sistema Net promoter Score (NPS) en cualquier empresa interesada en saber hasta que punto sus clientes le son fieles, si les van a recomendar y cuales son aquellos aspectos que se pueden mejorar para conseguir fidelizar a sus clientes y por lo tanto aumentar los ingresos. El sistema NPS pretende sustituir a las encuestas tradicionales que nadie contesta y cuyos resultados llegan tarde y mal a los equipos directivos, por un sistema que se basa en una única pregunta que clasifica a los clientes en tres categorias: Detractores: Son aquellos clientes que no estan satisfechos con el producto o servicio recibido y que por lo tanto no les recomendará. Opinat hace un tratamiento personalizado de este tipo de clientes, escuchando sus motivos y haciendole sentir que sus quejas han sido atendidas. Pasivos: Son aquellos clientes que estan satisfechos con el producto servicio recibido sin mas. Promotores: Aquellos clientes que estan muy satisfechos y que por lo tanto repitirian y les recomendaran en sus circulos particulares y profesionales. El NPS no es mas que la diferencia entre el porcentaje de Promotores y el porcentaje de Detractores.
