Since childhood, she was very curious how biological systems display intelligence. After inventing 6 patents and finishing a Ph.D in AI, she was all the more convinced that current Machine Learning/Deep learning approaches alone will not get us close to this intelligence. CogniCor, is her quest to understand and solve the above problem that affects enterprises and customers like us. Starting from her Ph.D thesis, CogniCor developed advanced AI capabilities in cognitive knowledge organization, language understanding, machine reasoning and deduction to identify and solve the crux of the problem- understanding and enriching the shared context in conversations. They have packaged the solution as a scalable Platform-as-a-service (CIRA) for Financial enterprise to create powerful ROI generating digital assistants. By using domain specific knowledge graphs and libraries of Financial conversational user journeys, CIRA offers enterprises the ability to harness data from third-party resources and use it to drive contextualized customer interactions. CogniCor's digital assistants have a deeper understanding of customer queries, helps in faster resolution, and assist customers in making the right product choices. IDC's pick as Innovator in conversational interfaces in 2018. a winner of European Union’s grand prize for most innovative web startup are some encouraging recognition of our progress.
