Coro team size and headcount
Coro grew from 60 employees in 2020 to 386 in 2025.
- Team size (2025)
- 386
Coro employed approximately 290 full-time staff as of mid-2023, just below the 300-person milestone Liwer said the company was approaching. More than 200 of those employees were based in the Chicago office, which serves as the company's sales center. The company had recently moved into a new office occupying an entire floor of a Chicago building.
The direct outbound sales team in Chicago numbered roughly 80 to 100 people, with Liwer noting the figure was closer to 80 when separating direct sales from channel-facing roles. Total team size grew significantly in the twelve months preceding the interview, with Liwer describing the pace of hiring as rapid enough that he no longer recognized all employees by face.
