In 1985, Stephen founded McHale and Associates, Inc., a USConnect regional office, where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO. He was a founding investor and served on the Board of Directors and as CEO of USConnect, an international systems integrator. USConnect generated aggregate revenues of $150 million
