As a certified Scrum / Agile project management professional, I love building software. Be it for business or leisure, I thrive on the challenges associated with solving a problem, creating a smile or making a dollar. Specialising in Digital Transformation and API program delivery I understand that professionalism, driving value and customer success are paramount in the role of consultant and trusted advisor. I have significant experience in working with global enterprise clients on digital transformation programs by delivering a combination of strategy, training, coaching and project delivery. I work hard to build an environment of honesty, trust and respect, whilst maintaining a culture of fun and creativity. Although process orientated, I also create value and drive efficiency through a combination of pattern identification, innovation, workflow optimisation, and best practices. Elegant design is something I feel is non-negotiable. I can provide informed, constructive feedback based on years of experience. Although I'm not a designer, I am a champion of the user. The user is always my motivation.
