As well, he used to teach Statistical Methods/Machine Learning for Speech and NLP in the Computer Science department. He has published more than 20 peer reviewed articles and served as a Session Chair, a Program Committee member, and a Review Committee member of many International Conferences. Sameer has a PhD in Computer Science from Columbia University.
