Brian Grady is CEO of Gorilla Group, a Wunderman Thompson Company, one of the industry’s fastest-growing commerce services providers. Headquartered in Chicago, with offices across North America and Europe, Brian has built Gorilla into an award-winning, global organization that provides a full range of consulting, agency, and technology enablement services within a single offer. Gorilla has built its reputation by delivering digital transformation, digital experience, and commerce solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes to an ever-growing roster of enterprise retailers, distributors, and manufacturers. Under Brian’s leadership, Gorilla has dramatically expanded from a team of 15 to a global organization numbering over 380 employees in 4 countries, sustaining annual growth rates that led the company to be recognized repeatedly by the Crain’s Chicago Business Fast Fifty, and to be inducted into the ICIC Inner City 100 Hall of Fame, and INC 5000 Honor Roll. Gorilla Group has been recognized for creative excellence with 6 Webby Awards and numerous other creative accolades. In 2018, Brian orchestrated Gorilla Group’s acquisition by Wunderman Thompson, part of the global WPP network. Brian has focused on delivering added client value by establishing a broad range of strategic alliances with leading marketing automation, digital experience, and commerce platform providers, including SAP, Adobe, Bloomreach, and Salesforce. The success of these partnerships has led to numerous honors, including the SAP Pinnacle Award, Magento Partner of the Year, Bloomreach North America Partner of the Year, and Adobe Commerce Delivery Quality Solution Partner of the Year. Brian earned a BA in International Business from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
