My mission is to help Enterprise IT globally to be more outcome focused. To be able to do this, IT needs to understand what the employees of the company really feel and need. This helps to also understand what is really beneficial for a company. When IT starts to understand employees even better than the business, then and maybe only then, IT can start to be proactive and serve the business better. Shorty said as a founder of HappySignals, I'll share our company's mission: More smiles - less time wasted. Before founding HappySignals I have worked for one of the biggest European service design companies, Palmu as a Service Designer and CEO of Palmu Exe. In these roles I've learned that user experience often correlates to real profit.
