A Co-Founder of Hummingbird, a new service focused on fighting financial crime. Healso run Designers + Geeks, a community of amazing people working on design and tech problems. They meet monthly in San Francisco and New York, and sometimes in Los Angeles and Boston. They are an open community that shares an interest in the intersection of art, design, and technology. He was a consultant to IDEO.org, working with them to improve financial health among disadvantaged populations. Previously he was building products at Circle, a personal finance company backed by Accel Partners, General Catalyst, and Goldman Sachs. Before that, he worked at Square, where he was product lead for Square Dashboard and Square Online Stores. He have given a few talks about design and the evolution of money. Personal finance is changing... rapidly. The products and services that are coming out today may offer some of the same value as traditional financial services, but look nothing like them. He thinks it is fascinating to see how our relationship with money is evolving. He is an investor in several technology ventures, and he provide mentorship to companies at TechStars, Hackers/Founders, and FinTech Fusion in Switzerland.
