He once served as the Senior VP of Perfect World, and later the COO, and CEO of the company. He led the privatization of Perfect World (PWRD) from NASDAQ in 2015, thenchampioned the merger and reconstruction of two Perfect World sister companies to create a listed entity in Chinese A, Share market (ticker: 002624) in 2016. He was then appointed the CEO of Perfect World Co., Ltd. Dr. Robert H. Xiao received his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Tsinghua University in 1989, and then he received his Master’s and Ph.D. Degrees in Engineering at University of Southern California respectively in 1991 and 1995.
