I love working in the pharmaceutical industry and definitely see it as my future play ground. I am fascinated with the dynamic nature of the commercial space and the immense changes it's undergoing. At eyeforpharma my role as managing director includes everything from developing the strategy of the business to the training and development of my team. I oversee the Sales Director, Marketing Director, Head of Product Development and my Senior Project Directors. I am a hard working and trustworthy person - a person that my colleagues, family and friends can rely on. My calm and positive nature enables me to deal with varying personalities & needs and to solve problems under pressure with a composed and enthusiastic approach.
