His deep and broad experience in selection science, large-scale talent analytics, client relations, and organizational consulting are part of Shaker’sessential knowledge base. His influence and insistence on innovation have compelled the creation of new standards in the talent acquisition market and raised the bar for creating assessment solutions that engage and win over both clients and candidates. Brian is a founder of Shaker. His prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Americas Consulting for CEB/SHL; Vice President and co-founder of Olsen, Stern, Murphy & Hogan; Research Associate for the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO); and a graduate research fellow for the US Army Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences.
