As the President of Sincro, Jen leads an expert team that builds technology and delivers agency services and insights to help clients win in their local markets. She has focused the team on delivering results to auto dealers: predictability and profitability through a modern virtual storefront, messaging to the right customers through coordinated marketing campaigns, and using data to drive actions and the next best investments. Jen has spent the last 20 years leading technology and marketing service innovation for all tiers of the automotive industry and prior to joining Ansira was Senior Vice President Digital at CDK Global. Jen spent her early career working in psychology and education, experiences that have served her well as she evolved into building and supporting large global teams. She holds a B.S. in psychology from Colgate University and an M.S. in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Jen lives in Seattle with her husband and two kids, where they enjoy the area's abundant opportunities for outdoor adventures.
