A seasoned Market Research expert, Mr. Rajiv Lamba is the Founder and CEO of NEUROSENSUM & SURVEYSENSUM and firmly believes in building ‘Quality Leaders for Tomorrow’, thereby inspiring his team to achieve more and learn more every day. In 2018, he launched NEUROSENSUM with the thought of catering to the dynamic and constantly evolving needs of the customers. Cutting through the noise and breaking away from the pack - he was amongst the very few to introduce the concept of data visualization and neuroscience in the Indonesian market. After successfully revolutionizing the era of market research through neuroscience and working with many blue-chip companies as clients, Rajiv realized that targeting just larger enterprises were not enough. With the intent of making research accessible and affordable to the SMEs, Rajiv launched a new AI-Enabled Customer Experience Management Software called SURVEYSENSUM that collects, delivers, and analyzes valuable customer feedback and data in real-time, enabling enterprises/SME's to get meaningful insights at an affordable price in no time.
