Our software automatically reviews contracts for any non-standard terms, red-flags those for accounting review and documents revenue accounting conclusions for internal and audit purposes. Our customers include companies like Coupa and Optimizely who (1) save time, (2) increase review coverage, and (3) reduce the pain of manual contract review. We've started Klarity because as lawyers, accountants and engineers, we've spent hundreds of thousands of hours manually reviewing contracts and always felt that there must be a way technology could help us with this.
