The second concern was the biggest. As and when Restogro built its flagship solutions around the basic POS- they found that not every one of their competitors had what restaurant owners needed- like inventory management system, menu builder, kitchen display system, workforce management module, CRM, loyalty programs, etc. Hence they reached out to such competitors of ours who could not build it or scale it themselves and gave them a single- end-point integration. Using this integration, they integrate with Restogro and get white-labelled products of Restogro added to their product offerings. While the maintenance, development entirely lies with Restogro, all the other competitors did was integrate their existing solution with Restogro, and in the place of selling only their 1 product solution, they now were able to sell more than 10 solutions since Restogro gave them all of those for them to re-sell to their clients, thereby their clients also become Restogro's clients. This is the major differentiation Restogro brought to the market on top of solving the existing problem in the F&B sector
