On top of serving direct clients, Restogro also caters to its competitors. The major problems observed on speaking with restaurant owners and other ERP/ Point-of-sale providers in the market were with:
- Restaurant owners not getting an end-end value proposition to uplift their way of operations
- Existing ERP tool owners are unable to cater to their customers with what they ‘needed’ but not what they could ‘want’
Restogro addressed the first concern through their flagship product which constitutes within itself an embodiment of 10+ product solutions, each of which Restogro highly customises for their specific use case rather than sticking to a version and asking them to adapt to it, Restogro works with each of their customers, understand their business use case and consult them with
customised versions that work best for them.
The second concern was the biggest. As and when Restogro built its flagship solutions around the basic POS- they found that not every one of their competitors had what restaurant owners needed- like inventory management system, menu builder, kitchen display system, workforce management module, CRM, loyalty programs, etc. Hence they reached out to such competitors of ours who could not build it or scale it themselves and gave them a single-
end-point integration. Using this integration, they integrate with Restogro and get white-labelled products of Restogro added to their product offerings. While the maintenance, development entirely lies with Restogro, all the other competitors did was integrate their existing solution with Restogro, and in the place of selling only their 1 product solution, they now were able to sell more than 10 solutions since Restogro gave them all of those for them to re-sell to their clients, thereby their clients also become Restogro's clients.
