Carziqocompany facts

Carziqo presents itself as a driverless ride-hailing company. Its website and Android app invite the public to put money into "autonomous mobility assets": users rent vehicles on the Carziqo platform, and the site says net ride revenue is split "70% to investors and 30% to Carziqo". It also says any earnings shown are "estimated ranges for reference only" and are not guaranteed.

Who is behind it

The UK company Carziqo Technologies Ltd (no. 16849194) was incorporated on 12 November 2025. Its only director on the register is Zaydenn Harrington, who controls 75% or more of its shares and whom a company press release calls CEO. He holds no other UK directorships. The website also names Arielleth Thalren and Solena Valeon as co-founders; neither appears on the Companies House register, which notes that it "does not check the accuracy of the information filed". In December 2025 Companies House removed the addresses filed at incorporation "as the material was not properly delivered". In January 2026 it issued a strike-off notice, which was discontinued after the company moved its registered office to Mildenhall, Suffolk. The site and app give a London office in Broadgate Tower. A Wyoming company, Carziqo Technology LLC, uses a registered agent's address in Sheridan.

When it started

The site says Carziqo was founded on 18 March 2024. The earliest independent records date from late 2025: the carziqo.com domain was registered through Namecheap on 22 October 2025, and the UK company followed three weeks later.

What the evidence shows

• The site's "Current cities" section repeats Waymo's homepage word for word, with the name swapped. "Waymo is open to all across 315 square miles of the Valley of the Sun" becomes "Carziqo is open to all across 315 square miles of the Valley of the Sun". The claim of "10M+ rides served" with a "93% satisfaction rate" is Waymo's too.
• An archived December 2025 copy of the homepage still named Mobileye: "Mobileye offers solutions to enhance safety in today’s mass market consumer vehicles."
• Carziqo claims driverless rides in Los Angeles and San Francisco, but it is not on the California DMV's list of companies holding autonomous-vehicle testing or deployment permits.
• The news items about Carziqo are press releases sent through EIN Presswire and Newsfile, and no SEC filings mention it. Wikipedia editors removed an article on Carziqo in September 2026 as "unambiguous advertising or promotion".
• As of 6 October 2026, neither the UK Financial Conduct Authority nor the US SEC had published a warning about Carziqo.

Carziqo has not disclosed any revenue, funding round or customer count, and its first UK accounts are not due until August 2027. Its main Android app lists more than 100,000 downloads.
