Before CloudLex®, Dev founded and managed Lexvia Inc., one of the most extensive civil litigation support services in the U.S., providing information management services, remote paralegal support services, and comprehensive case management services to plaintiff law firms across the nation. An engineer by training, Dev has previously worked as a Consultant with Ernst & Young in New York City, where he helped his clients in the Telecom, Media and Networks sector. Additionally, Dev has worked as a Software Consultant at Sprint Communications in Kansas City, where he helped develop and implement the Local Number Portability System (LNP). Dev's graduate research focused on Multi-Agent Based Intelligent Software Systems and included projects with EPA and DARPA. Amongst his many publications, one of the most notable is his book chapter on Agent-Based Systems: Distributed Coordination of an Agent Society Based on Obligations and Commitments to Negotiated Agreements, which was published by Carnegie Mellon, Springer Verlag, U.S. Dev holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, an MS in Computer Science & Engineering from University of South Carolina, Columbia, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College, India.
