I founded Customervillle over a decade ago with the goal that we would make the best customer feedback platform in the world. (Some folks call this "Customer Experience Management", or "CEM" for short.) We dreamed of making giving companies feedback something their customers would enjoy doing. More importantly, we wanted it to interest and engage the front-line employees who create that customer experience each day. Today our teams based in four countries help some of the biggest brands in the world (and some of the coolest small ones!) make customer feedback become an exciting, living part of the enterprise.
