Customerville is the design-driven enterprise feedback management software platform trusted by companies who care about their brand. Companies put huge amounts of resources into customer feedback, but too often miss any real benefits in terms of bettering their customer experience, sales and the work lives of their employees. I founded Customervillle over a decade ago with the goal that we would make the best customer feedback platform in the world. (Some folks call this "Customer Experience Management", or "CEM" for short.) We dreamed of making giving companies feedback something their customers would enjoy doing. More importantly, we wanted it to interest and engage the front-line employees who create that customer experience each day. Today our teams based in four countries help some of the biggest brands in the world (and some of the coolest small ones!) make customer feedback become an exciting, living part of the enterprise. Customerville's web-based customer feedback platform is probably at work around you right now, in fact, doing these things for the companies with whom you do business. * Hosting great web, mobile and tablet surveys. They make giving feedback a brand building experience! * Providing exciting, beautiful customer experience dashboards that live in each level of the organization. * Helping people like you resolve things FAST when a customer experience goes wrong...but shouting it from the rooftops (internally and externally) when they go right. * Automatically e-mailing great-looking, super high-value updates to various people in your organization in various ways so that everyone knows what's going on. From location manager to board member, these people are an audience. Let's win their attention.
