Allie serves medium and large corporations in the discrete and hybrid manufacturing verticals. Our current focus is primarily in food, beverage, building materials, and we also serve personal care, medical devices, and automotive selectively.
Our product suite has 4 key products:
Allie RealTime Factory - Ingests streaming data from your factory’s controllers, and lets you see availability, performance, quality, and efficiency all in real time - with deep insights into planned and unplanned stops.
Factory GPT - Enables generative business intelligence on all your factory data, allowing Factory personnel to talk to the factory and ask it detailed questions about what has happened, is happening, or could likely happen. Factory GPT provides output including charts, tables, and text responses.
AllieML - Our traditional machine learning set of predictions, used to predict the probability of downtime, and predict the most likely cause of stoppage. It is consistently re-trained from the streaming data to reflect changes and give your factory higher accuracy predictions.
Allie Edge Gateway - Our secure edge device, which sits on top of PLCs, or supervisory controllers, to ingest, and safely transport data from your factory to the cloud.
Our industry tribes work with your Digital and Manufacturing teams to identify high impact manufacturing lines, and determine their level of technology readiness - co-creating a road map to define the phases and steps to apply AI to your factory operations.
Our forward deployed teams work hand in hand with our clients on the manufacturing floor, to deploy Allie, including making physical infrastructure installations ( PLCs, TVs, tablets) as well as change management activities to drive usage and data quality.
