Bahman is a successful senior executive and a proven leader with over twenty years of experience in establishing, scaling, and managing world-class organizations, both at start-ups and large enterprises. He possesses a unique blend of operational acumen and deep technical expertise spanning across Cyber Security, Networking, Mobile, Applications, Cloud and Platform Architecture. Bahman joined Dtex in the role of Chief Operating Officer in December of 2015. During his tenure as COO, he led company operations through the development and launch of Dtex’s User Behavior Intelligence Platform, the most complete platform on the market for the detection of malicious, negligent, and compromised insider threats. Bahman drove the Dtex platform to become an integral part of the enterprise security fabric by prioritizing new product innovation, advanced intelligence and analytics, and improved infrastructure for enterprise-wide deployment on-prem and in the cloud. As a result of his leadership, Dtex has successfully created the leading platform in user behavior intelligence and insider threat detection. Prior to joining Dtex, he was a founding member, SVP WW Engineering and Security Research and corporate officer at FireEye. There, he led the global product engineering and security research teams until his departure in late 2014 to pursue other interests. His leadership and expertise led to the development of FireEye’s highly differentiated suite of products and services that ultimately led to its successful IPO valued at $8B in 2013.
