After helping to establish the company as CTO, I was asked to become CEO in August of 2018. Since then we've been able to expand and grow very successfully in both the Benelux and Germany, by focusing on our core competencies: providing a stable hosted telephony platform to business customers and offering our partners the highest level of support. Customer satisfaction and retention increased drastically, and with it the valuation of the company.
