Curtis Hite began his career as a software engineer building systems in the Defense industry – first with Rockwell International in Houston (while attending Texas A&M University) and then at E-Systems in Dallas. Shortly after E-Systems was acquired by Raytheon, Curtis assisted in the establishment of a national technology consulting center of excellence. The creation of the Raytheon’s Technology Transfer Center served as a seed of inspiration for the rest of his career.
