Beth Haenke Just, MBA, RHIA is founder and CEO of Just Associates, a healthcare consulting company focused on patient identity, patient matching and data integration. She has experience in all types of healthcare organizations and is a strong project manager. In addition to founding and running her current company, Ms. Just’s experience includes executive level positions in several other healthcare software and consulting firms. She was elected to AHIMA's Board of Directors, served as AHIMA's Co-Chair of the HIE Practice Council and on HIMSS Patient ID Management Workgroup. Ms. Just was awarded CHIMA’s “Distinguished Member” in 1989. She has served as President of CHIMA and on numerous CHIMA and AHIMA committees and work groups. In recent years she has served on AHIMA’s HIM Principles in e-HIM work group, AHIMA’s Patient Identification in RHIOs work group, Chair of CHIMA’s Nominating Committee and as voluntary EMPI consultant to the CORHIO. She has published several articles and speaks frequently at state and national professional association meetings.
