We made history by eliminating the distrust between the Air Force and the ground forces. It was a process of understanding what the Customer (ground forces) needed from us at the most basic level and applying a revolution in the way we work in the Air Force. This process was later "copied" by other departments in the air force and was nominated for the air force commander's prize.
