Founder of project "Flash" - a process that revolutionized the way the Israeli Air Force works with the intelligence and the ground forces influencing thousands of people by cutting down 80% of the time it takes to complete the mission in a successful way. Receiving a certificate of excellence from brigadier-general Nir on my Leadership in this. For this process to succeed my officers needed to learn a whole new system and implement it in a very short time along with changing their entire way of thinking. We made history by eliminating the distrust between the Air Force and the ground forces. It was a process of understanding what the Customer (ground forces) needed from us at the most basic level and applying a revolution in the way we work in the Air Force. This process was later "copied" by other departments in the air force and was nominated for the air force commander's prize.
