Åsmund Møll Frengstad is the founder of Meshcrafts and currently works as Commercial Director (CCO). Åsmund studied Siv.Ing. Machine at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). With a focus on product development, renewable energy and IPR. At the university, Åsmund founded Meshcrafts as a student company. Meshcrafts SB won several awards, including Zero and TEKNA Best Technical Student Project 2014. Meshcrafts SB also won Best Student Enterprise at NMBU and INVEN2 Start, which gave Meshcrafts the start-up capital that was incorporated. That same year, Meshcraft's "pitch" won at the EU SMB Assembly.
