Dave Froelich

CEO

Dave is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Mindmarker. His prior experience includes several senior Wall Street roles as well as time spent with Cascade Investment, which is Bill and Melinda Gates’ family office. Dave is a visionary for Mindmarker’s reinforcement learning solution, leading the organization by making strategic, long term decisions in the best interest of enterprise customers, partners, and investors. Dave’s professional goal is to empower workers by creating an effective learning reinforcement system. He strives to guarantee organizations and their personnel are best equipped to compete in an ever-evolving world. Dave works to ensure investments are not wasted when organizations pay for continued education for their employees. He is especially passionate about leading an active lifestyle and LGBTQ+ advocacy. He serves on the Greater Boston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of Gay Fathers of Greater Boston. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
